What is a channel guest?
A channel guest counts as a free of charge member, and gets reader or writer access to one - and only one - channel in your workspace. For every paid member of their workspace, administrators can add up to five guests, free of charge.
How does the 50 free docs limit works?
Your team gets 50 docs and questions for free. We often refer to "docs" including questions by extension.
This limit includes all docs (including the ones in My private docs), except the ones in your trash and in templates.
What happens if we hit the limit?
Your team won't be able to add new documents or create new questions unless it upgrades to the Standard plan. You will be able to read, edit, move and delete existing docs.
What happens to our free docs credit when we delete a doc?
If you delete a doc, you get an extra doc credit.
Do you offer a non-profit discount?
Yes, we offer a 90% discount to all eligible non-profit organization. Send your 501(c)(3), or your country’s equivalent, to firstname.lastname@example.org to redeem this offer.
Do you offer an education discount?
Yes. We provide a free Slite account under the Standard plan for students and teachers who want use the product for academic purposes, by themselves. Educational institutions can benefit from a 50% discount. To redeem this offer, reach out to email@example.com using your academic email address and make sure to include the domain of your Slite account in your message.
